About Odomo

It started as a spreadsheet.

The first version was a driver pay calculator, built to solve one specific problem: getting drivers paid accurately every week without hours of manual recalculating. It worked. But it also made something else obvious — dispatch, routing, and pay were all being run in different places, held together by habit and manual effort more than any real system.

So the spreadsheet grew. First into a live dispatch map. Then automatic reporting. Then a full platform. Odomo is what happens when you build software to fix the thing you actually deal with every day — not the thing a product team assumes a logistics company deals with.

Built by someone who runs dispatch.

Odomo is built by Collin Scheffley, who's spent five years in logistics — two as a dispatcher for Mattress Firm, covering deliveries across all of South Florida, and three at GLB Solutions, where he started in the warehouse, moved into dispatching, and now manages the department as a Logistics Manager.

With a background in computer science, he started building what became Odomo to fix the problems he was running into firsthand — manual work that was eating hours of an employee's time every week. It already saves roughly a full day of that work for one employee, and that number only grows as more of the process gets automated.

He'd seen too many logistics operations under-delivering, and decided to do something about it himself.

Why it's different.

Most dispatch software is built by a software company trying to understand logistics from the outside. Odomo is built by a logistics operation that happened to need better software. That order matters — every screen is designed around how dispatch actually runs, not how it looks in a demo.
